Film Details, News, Wallpapers and Trailer :
Mallika Sherawat is all set to step into Madhubala’s shoes for her soon-to-be-released comedy venture Maan Gaye Mughall-E-Azam.

Mallika will be seen dancing to the popular tunes of “Pyar kiya to darna kya” in the film. The song has been penned by Sanjay Chhel and composed by Anu Malik.

When asked about it, Anu said, “We don’t want to compare this song to the yesteryears Pyar kiya to darna kya. It was one of the best tunes in the history of Indian music. No one can ever make such a beautiful song nor can anyone imitate Madhubala or her performance in the song.”

He added, “We have changed the tunes to fit into contemporary cinema.”

“As it is a comedy film and the entire cast is playing stage performers, the song has many funny lines and is not meant to hurt anyone.”

Producer of the film, Ratan Jain said, “With due respects to the old hit we have just based the song on similar lines but it is a completely different tunes.”

Produced by Venus Records and Tapes Pvt. Ltd the film also has a title similar to the yesteryears’ epic drama Mughal-e-Azam.

Actress Mallika Sherawat is trying to avoid the press nowadays and is doing her best not to be part of any controversy. However, on the sets she is known to maintain a cordial atmosphere. Mallika threw a wrap up party for the cast and crew of the film Maan Gaye Mughall-e-Azam. The unit was a 120 member team. We heard that it was Mallika’s way of saying thank you to all.

Aahista Aahista Making Video & Celebrity Actress Bipasha Basu's Interview :
Will it be Bipasha or Minissha? Or will they play safe and make him walk away into the sunset with Deepika? The curiosity about Siddharth Anand’s Bachna Ae Haseeno — or rather about who really gets to romance Ranbir — is rising by the day. The teasers of the August 15 release have found favour with the youth and the original Bachna ae haseeno tune has worked wonders with the fresh feel of the film. Here’s a making of “Aahista Aahista” song of the film which has music by Vishal-Shekhar. The song is sung by famous singers Lucky Ali & Shreya Ghoshal and lyrics given by Anvita Dutt Guptan.

Aahista Aahista video song is picturised on Saawariya actor Ranbir Kapoor (Chhota Kapoor) and sweet, beautiful actress Minissha Lamba. Both of them have spoken their experiences and the problems they have faced at the time of shooting the song, in this making video. Also music director Shekhar and others told some secrets about the film and the song as well. So, watch out the video and download it for offline watching.

Below is an exclusive interview of celebrity actress Bipasha Basu, who is performing as one of the Haseenas of Ranbir in Bachna Ae Haseeno.

Now when you come to Calcutta to promote a film, do you feel like a Mumbaiker or do you feel you are coming back to your hometown?

When it’s such a short busy trip, the focus is on the job you are doing at that point of time. So, the first thing that comes to mind is that I am going to get some lovely Bengali food (laughs). When we boarded the flight we had ordered what food we were going to eat at ITC The Sonar. At such a short notice, I can’t meet my relatives. So I keep it hush-hush and when I go back to Mumbai, they all scream at me. When I come for a longer period of time, I meet them.

Did you decide for Ranbir and Deepika what they should eat here?

(Laughs) Not really. You know what to eat here. It’s good fun when everyone’s a foodie and you are around people who love food and appreciate good food. They all loved the Bengali food and they all had a good time.

You started out with a senior in the industry like Akshay in Ajnabee. And now you were a senior to Ranbir in Bachna.... Did you feel that you were working with a newcomer?

No, actually I never felt that. He’s good at his job. He is really talented. Also, the director has tremendous amount of clarity. We could really understand what our characters are. So it was never a case of working with a new guy or anything.

There is this talk that you are the only one of the three haseenas who is older to Ranbir...

They are three different girls and it is the totality of these three love stories that Ranbir goes through with them. And each character is of immense strength. It is the journey of these four characters which make the film. I think everyone’s done great justice to their roles. I think the casting was very apt. According to us, we have made a good film. Hope that the audiences now like it.

What makes your character Radhika different from the other two?

Radhika is a girl who’s come to Mumbai from a small town like Ranchi. She like any other girl is ambitious and she wants to make it big and she is struggling for that. And she has this love in her life Raj, played by Ranbir. She is a very modern girl with a very modern outlook to life. She believes in love and she believes that love graduates to something stronger in life.

That sounds so much like you...

She is definitely like me... I went from Calcutta to Mumbai. I had some goals and ambitions and I still do. And at the same time I have my love life and it’s there on an equal level. The priorities are same. At times when you are in love, you can do a lot for love. Yes, it was easy for me to be Radhika.

You don’t have scenes with Deepika or Minissha but you seem quite friendly with them...

We didn’t interact much during the film because we didn’t have scenes together. But we worked during the music video together and now we are all travelling together for the promotion. So we have been together quite often. Also, I feel, the four of us have a similar kind of energy, are in sync and that’s why the film looks very balanced.

Your Lucky boy track is quite a rage...

I love the music. There’s everything. The old flavour in Bachna ae haseeno, then the two romantic numbers Khuda jaane and Ahista ahista. And, of course, Lucky boy and Small town girl... Then there’s the traditional Jogi mahi... There’s everything you want.

Having played the leading lady so many times did you do this three-heroine film because it’s from the house of Yash Raj?

Anyone who says that she doesn’t want to work with the Yash Raj banner is lying. There are many credible names you want to work with. And if it’s a good project like Bachna, why not?

Does Bipasha belong to Mumbai or Kolkata? Give your openions.

Made of Honor rating and review

Made of Honor (2008) Film Rating and Review :

Rating :

Acting – 4/10
Direction – 4/10
Screenplay – 3/10
Music – 5/10
Technique – 6/10

Review :

Just enough of a sugar rush

The romantic comedy Made of Honor adds tart satirical flavours to a cotton-candy formula without sabotaging the sugar rush. Directed by Paul Weiland (City Slickers II), it begins on a nasty note when Tom (Patrick Dempsey), the putative Mr. Right in this taming-of-the-rogue fable, is introduced as a college boy wearing a hideous Bill Clinton mask and drunkenly bellowing for his Monica at a Halloween bacchanal.

The movie then skips ahead 10 years to discover this obnoxious Lothario living high in New York City off the millions he has made from his invention of the paper-cup sleeve. When the latest bimbo to grace his bed wonders the morning after their hookup if she will see him that evening, he snaps: “I don’t do back-to-backs. Two nights in a row; I don’t do that.” He also lives by the 24-hour rule: Never call a date until a full day has passed.

The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree, as they say. Tom’s wealthy father (Sydney Pollack) has been married and divorced so many times that he can’t recall whether his new wife is his sixth or his seventh. He is shown dressed up and heading toward the altar while frantically negotiating a pre-nup by cell phone with his bride-to-be, who circles the block in a limousine with her lawyer.

The only sign that Tom has a heart is his strictly platonic friendship with Hannah (Michelle Monaghan), a fresh-faced director of acquisitions at the Metropolitan Museum of Art whom he has known since college. The two are such good pals that when Hannah tells him she has to go Scotland six weeks, he whines, “How can I live without you?”

Hannah returns from Scotland aglow over her engagement to Colin (Kevin McKidd), a rich, handsome aristocrat with a brogue who galloped to her rescue when he spied her stranded in her car at a cattle crossing. Suddenly Tom realizes Hannah is the love of his life. But what can he do? He decides he should keep his mouth shut and strategise.

When Hannah asks him to be maid of honour at her wedding in one of Colin’s several castles (his family has one for each season), Tom agrees in the hope that he can demonstrate how much he loves her and win her back. That many assume his role means Tom must be gay makes for some wan humour.

Made of Honor scrambles the plotlines of My Best Friend’s Wedding and Sweet Home Alabama and changes the locales. It has gorgeous picture-postcard views of Manhattan and the Scottish countryside. It also ups the fantasy quotient. Nowadays it’s not enough for the designated princess in a romantic comedy to have one Prince Charming. She must have two to choose from.

Monaghan is an endearing screen presence, but her character has no personality. The movie can’t begin to explain the unlikely friendship of Tom and Hannah. If she were as bright as she is supposed to be, she wouldn’t tolerate his churlish treatment of other women. But she doesn’t seem to notice.

Dempsey, who at 42 is too old for his role, does his best to infuse Tom with some boyish charm. Monaghan’s aura of fundamental niceness is the main reason that Made of Honor retains enough sweetness to satisfy the cotton-candy addicts. For true believers in fairy tales, no romantic fantasy is too extravagant if she heroine is a sweetheart. The rest of us can sit there and roll our eyes.

In short : An endearing actress isn’t enough to rescue this cotton candy caper from eye-rolling by all but the most avid rom-com devotee.

About The Complete Video Song of Bachna Ae Haseeno (2008) :
After all Ranbir Kapoor is Rishi Kapoor’s son. So, of course parallels will be drawn between the two. But Ranbir and his film-makers seem to be obsessed with exploiting the star son’s famous legacy. Sanjay Leela Bhansali referenced it in Ranbir’s towel scene in Saawariya, which was a throwback to Rishi’s towel-dropping scene in Bobby.

And now, Yash Raj is following suit. They have lifted the name of Ranbir’s next film Bachna Ae Haseeno from father Rishi Kapoor’s hit song (from his 1977 golden jubilee hit Hum Kisise Kum Naheen). The film’s theatrical promos are being shown along with Yash Raj’s Tashan and guess what – they begin with the old hit song bringing back memories of dad. And when Ranbir appears on screen, looking super dapper in blue jeans, pink shirt and white jacket, it is Rishi all the way!

Bachna Ae Haseeno will release in theaters on 15th August, 2008. But before that the complete video song of "Bachna Ae Haseeno", i.e., the title track from forthcoming Bachna Ae Haseeno movie is supplied here for free watching and downloading. It’s not a joke, not fake or fan made video. It’s officially released complete video song of Bachna Ae Haseeno, which is picturised on the cool new guy Ranbir Kapoor and three gorgeous girls Minissha Lamba, Bipasha Basu and Deepika Padukone.

The new Bachna Ae Haseeno song is sung by Sumit Kumar & Vishal Dadlani and also the original voice of Kishore Kumar is included. The lyrics is given by Vishal Dadlani for the new song. But the original Composition for “Bachna Ae Haseeno” was by R.D.Burman and original Lyrics was by Majrooh Sultanpuri.

Singh is Kinng (2008) Movie Rating and Review :

Rating :

Acting – 4/10

Screenplay – 1/10
Music – 4/10
Technique – 4/10

Review :

So Sik!

One of the many scenes in Singh is Kinng that will make you squirm in your seat has Akshay Kumar peeing while seated. When a friend comes and sits beside him, Akshay turns to listen to him and so does his you-know-what, spraying his friend with you-know-what. Sic? No, say SIK for Singh is Kinng.

Anees Bazmee’s Singh is Kinng may have engineered a massive marketing campaign to become a blockbuster at the box office but truth be told the film itself is so bad that it makes the same director’s No Entry seem Oscar-worthy. No matter how much you try to “B positive”, Singh is Kinng is SIK.

For all those who thought that Singh is Kinng is about the Sikh community and their way of life and how they are ruling the world in their inimitable style, well, you couldn’t be more misled. The film is nothing more than a mindless comedy reeking of the unbearable stench of those bad Bollywood potboilers of the 1980s. SIK. You know the films where paralysed patients become fighting fit just by rolling down the stairs, where two identical people cross each other but the world doesn’t realise they look the same, where mothers with ghar ka khana are discovered on the roadside.

Yes, Singh is Kinng has all that and much more. SIK. It’s about Happy Singh (Akshay) who is sent to Australia to bring back Lucky Singh (Sonu Sood) to his village in Punjab. Why? Because the village is fed up with the grave monetary losses he is causing everyone to suffer and wants to get rid of him. But what is Happy told? That Lucky, who is a don Down Under, should be brought back to his old parents. So along with a village senior (Om Puri) Akshay sets out for Australia and then, believe it or not, has his ticket swapped before boarding and lands up in Egypt! Why? For a song-and-dance with Katrina of course. Sorry Sallu, that is not so SIK!

Once he is in Australia, Happy manages to get Lucky paralysed and, in a bizarre hospital scene where blood is shown boiling in the saline bottle, he is crowned the new Don, the King of the group of Singhs. This gang is straight out of one of those bad Kader Khan-Anupam Kher films of yore where one cannot see and hear and another rambles about his past. Happy, of course, has to reform this group and make them proud Punjabis and also get his girl who turns out to be the daughter of his munh-boli maa. SIK.

If you take Akshay Kumar and the marketing blitz out, the film wouldn’t last a week. Even Akshay is hardly his usual self and doesn’t have enough good lines to pull it through. Only his scenes with the unmatchable Om Puri and the ones with the feisty Kirron Kher pass muster. Neha Dhupia has more lines than Katrina Kaif and that pretty much explains what Kats gets to do in the film — doll-up and go places. Among the rest, only Yashpal Sharma is genuinely funny as the sad Sikh Pankaj Udaas.

Pritam’s music, besides the smartly shot title track and the Teri ore song, is not catchy enough. The action scenes too are surprisingly tacky considering the Rs-50 crore budget.
After you have spent the 140 minutes in the hall, it will become evident why a record 1,800 prints of the film have been sent across the globe in the first weekend. Because by the time people have realised what a complete waste of time and money they’ve just sat through, the cash registers would have rung loud and clear and Akshay Kumar would have had yet another hit.

If you still have to, just sneak in before the end titles to catch Snoop Dogg in a turban. It’s better than everything that comes before it.

In Short : The film with record prints is a mindless comedy reeking of the bad potboilers of the 1980s.

The Akshay – Katrina report card

Humko Deewana Kar Gaye

Chemistry quotient : 9/10

If you have any doubts about how Akshay and Katrina sizzle in this one, their first one, watch the drawing room scene where they dance to Shammi Kapoor’s Suku suku and then do a close dance.

Namastey London

Chemistry quotient : 8/10

They play hide-and-seek for a long time but whenever they get up close and personal, they look like they belong together. The poignant flash forward scene and the last dance together were special.

Welcome

Chemistry quotient : 8/10

Their romance is not given a serious tone in this comedy, but Akshay and Katrina made the most of it as a cute couple. The songs do the rest. Rewind to Ooncha lamba kad.

Singh is Kinng

Chemistry quotient : 4/10

Sadly, hardly any romantic interaction. Those four points are all for the sensuous Teri ore song. He is in his green turban and she in her black sari. The mummies could have come alive!

Inteview of Vishal-Shekhar on Bachna ae haseeno

Interview of celebrity music directors Vishal & Shekhar about Bachna ae haseeno (2008) :
Sitting at the feet of the song and saying thank you. That’s what Vishal-Shekhar has done with RD’s original bachna ae haseeno track, saysVishal. Here is the exclusive interview of celebrity music director Vishal-Shekhar.

Was it a prerequisite that you had to use the original Bachna ae haseeno song in the soundtrack to have Ranbir do a Rishi?

No. The thing is they named the film after the song. When they came to us, we were like, man do we have to do a title track? We said that if we have to do a title track, we have to use the original. Because boss, no matter in what composition I say Bachna ae haseeno, it cannot be better than that.

Were you a fan of the Bachna song before the film came along?

Come on man, not just us, it’s Adi’s (producer Aditya Chopra) favourite track, it is (director) Siddharth’s (Anand) favourite track, it is Ranbir’s favourite track of his dad...

What is it about the song? Is it because of that incredible prelude?

The prelude was something that kind of drives it. Every time you hear it — da da da da da — you are like, man it’s coming. So we did not have to use it, we chose to use it.

And you have used part of the prelude as the opening bars...

We didn’t even want to compose a fresh mukhda. Panchamda’s mukhda is so terrific, so we used the horn section as the mukhda. So our song actually starts from Tujhse log kahenge, Na kar pyaar mujhe, Main to laakh bura hoon, Neend chura loon, Hosh uda doon. This was the horn section in Panchamda’s composition and then Kishoreda’s original song starts. We did a quick two-line antara in Panchamda’s style, which we have been studying for a long time. He has taught us so much as musicians, we owe him a lot. So it’s basically what we did in Jhankaar Beats — pay tribute to him, to Kishoreda, to Majroohsaab. You can pretty much call it an act of worshipping.

You have remixed the track, added your own little rap and kept the original Kishore Kumar voice. Is there a case of playing safe?

The point of the matter is somebody was supposed to sing it. We were working on the scratch with Kishoreda’s voice. And we all agreed no matter who sings it, he is not going to sound like him. We have said it a million times before and this time we put our money where our mouth is. There is nobody like him and I hope that someday there is somebody like him but this generation has been deprived of working with Kishore Kumar. At least here we got to work with him. In a sense... And having our name in that track with all of them, it means so much to me. It’s a big thing for me. It’s the ultimate high. This is the biggest song I have ever sung.

Why did you have Sumit Kumar sing the new lines and not Amit Kumar, with whom you worked in Jhankaar Beats?

We got Sumit’s number from Amitji. Amit Kumar was the original choice. We called him up and told him about the song and that it’s for Ranbir. The age difference is very vast. We needed a younger voice. Sumit has not been exposed at all. He had come to us two-three years ago and we had promised him that we would do something big with him. The potential is there. I was so happy to discover that he is good. He has to work on Daddy’s acting ability. If he gets that, he is going to be a star. He actually has Kishoreda’s voice quality. Only he doesn’t know it yet.

Any reason for keeping the track at the end of the CD?

Because it’s the finale. It’s the biggest slot in any album. In the film, there is a separate video shot for it. It’s the lead track of the film. Ranbir, Bipasha, Deepika, Minissha, everyone is there. This is the song which is going to drive the film. People are going to remember the film for the song and remember the song again for the film. The whole purpose was to sit at the feet of the song and say ‘thank you’.

Was there ever a fear of a backlash because there are so many diehard Pancham fans out there?

I think Pancham fans know by now, especially after Jhankaar Beats, that we are as big RD Burman fans as anybody. Whether it’s our music in Nau Do Gyarah or recently in De Taali... we are from that school, man. Our aspiration is to touch one-thousandth of what he achieved. Let there be no doubt about that. We will never be in the same league. He was a genius beyond compare.

The other highlight of the soundtrack is Lucky Ali and Shreya Ghoshal’s Aahista aahista. Rahman has been trying to get hold of Lucky for months. How did you get him to sing for you?

Lucky is a great singer. It’s the simplicity and the truth of his voice that connects. He manages to sing like a normal person. It’s very straight, very heartfelt. And he is a vibe guy. When we met, things kind of agreed. He wasn’t feeling well and he just hung around the studio the whole day. Not once did Shekhar or I tell him, let’s try the song. We spoke, we chatted about a million things, his earlier albums, about his band that he has set up. We just had a good time. Two days later he came back. He said let’s give it a go. Before that we hung out for two-three hours, ate lunch, this, that... Shekhar and I work like that anyway. Music cannot be made under stress. He got into that space. He realised that we were not going to pressurise him. We thought when he loves the song enough, learns the song enough, he will do it.

After a lot of dhinchak baazi, you have tried to keep it simple overall in Bachna Ae Haseeno. Is that conscious?

We always feel, the emotional content of a song is above and beyond the composition, beats and key. What is the purpose of music? It is the emotional connection and I am sure it must have evolved before language. When you can see that, there’s something good. And that’s what we learnt from Panchamda. Songs like Arey hoga tumse pyaara kaun and Main shayyar to nahin. See, the singers’ pitching is not perfect in both songs but the genius of Panchamda is such that he kept them like that because the emotion in that rendition by Shailendra Singh is irreplaceable.

So we are trying to bring that human touch back to music. It has become very mechanical. It’s made on machines; people are hearing them as machines. The attempt is to keep the live flavour, certain rawness to the songs. A kind of organic vibe... We are trying to capture that in this digital age. God is perfect and then there is this little bit of imperfection, which is emotionally true. Kishoreda had that. We are trying to learn from the masters.

The failure of Tashan the film must have disappointed you. Are you hopeful about Bachna Ae Haseeno?

The good thing is that we have seen the film. To be honest, it’s going to be a smash, out of the park. Ranbir has played it natural. He is a really gifted actor. He is great looking and women are going crazy about him but he is not projecting himself as a hero at all. No sticking on a bike with flying hair. He is like someone I know. And the girls are so good in the film. I love it. Success and failure come and go. The best thing you can do is do good work.

Do you like the new Bachna ae haseeno song or the old one? Tell us.

Exclusive interview of Celebrity actress Katrina Kaif on Singh is Kinng :
If Singh is King, Kate is Queen! When Katrina Kaif walked into INOX (Forum) on Sunday afternoon, many of those watching movies at the four screens left their shows midway and rushed out to catch a glimpse of the lovely lady. After everyone had their eyeful, then this exclusive interview was taken with Katrina about movies, men and mom...

She came, she smiled, she charmed. In a very Indian empire-line salwar-kurta ensemble, she urged all the plex patrons to catch Singh is Kinng first-day-first-show on Friday. Promotion bit taken care of, Katrina settled down in the room of the INOX (Forum) general manager. And surprise, surprise she started discussing prospective first weekend figures with Singh is Kinng’s Kolkata distributor. “How big do you think it will open? Will it be better than Welcome? Will it be as big as Om Shanti Om?” Distribution talk about the August 8 release done, Bollywood’s most beautiful heroine (sorry, Ash!) got chatty…

One hardly sees an actor taking so much interest in collection figures…

A lot of people don’t get involved in these kinds of things. But I find it very interesting because most of my friends in the industry are more from the commercial side. They are real commercial people. So I got to know a lot of stuff from them and I got very interested. If you ask me the figures in different territories of my last few films, I can tell you. And I don’t get a chance to come to Calcutta every week. So I was checking with the distributor here how things are going and what to expect. You get to know things that people don’t want to tell you or things that the media has no clue about.

Why are both you and Akshay going so big with “Singh is Kinng”?

I think the film is important for both of us. Akshay’s last film with Yash Raj (Tashan) was more of a multistarrer. This is Akshay Kumar’s solo film — Singh is Kinng! It is extremely important for him. As for me, I just want all my films to do well. And I am not being greedy (smiles). I just want to go to sleep on the night of August 7, thinking that there’s nothing else I could have done. That’s why I am after the life of my producers. I personally feel, seven days before the release of a film, an actor and actress has to go to the seven most important territories. Because you need to make people aware. You are coming just five times a year. Given a chance, I would do this seven-day thing before every release of mine.

Namastey London, Apne, Partner, Welcome, Race… what are you doing right?

I have been meeting the distributors (laughs)! You can never know… I think it’s just God’s grace. I think He decides what is fit for you. And I think He finds me fit for all this at this moment. But I did start out with a very rocky phase. And maybe sometimes it’s a good way to start out. I look at it from a positive point of view. Then you don’t take things for granted, you work hard for things… And that’s why me and Akshay work together so often (Singh is Kinng is their fourth film together). As everyone knows, he is super hardworking.

But won’t it be a sense of déjà vu seeing the two of you together or is that the intention?

Actually, it’s something we didn’t think of going into the film but later realized. See, in Namastey London I was playing this brash girl and he was playing this simple boy. That was a completely different chemistry. Welcome I would like to call a more commercial kind of chemistry, simple and straightforward, no such dynamics in our love for each other. Now we have realized how different Singh is Kinng is. Akshay is playing this loud kind of character, almost like the Indianised version of my character from Namastey London. And in a nice contrast I am also a very loud kind of a character, not a very shy girlfriend. I am very energetic in the scenes we have together. So, people would get to see yet another type of chemistry. They wouldn’t go ‘oh, they are again looking into each other’s eyes, he is looking at her, and she is looking away’… Except in the one sari song maybe but it won’t bore you because of the time at which it comes in the film. It’s beautiful.

Namastey London was more about you. Singh is Kinng seems far more about Akshay. You would prefer the former…

Of course, I would (laughs)! Every time I would complain that I need more dialogues and I need more scenes, Akshay would say, ‘Excuse me! I did Namastey London…. So stand in the corner and be quiet. Seriously’! And I would go ‘Akshay’… and he would say ‘Seriously’! I think everyone realized in Namastey London that it was quite incredible for such a big male star to do a film which is mostly about this girl. Everyone told Akshay he was making a big mistake. I owe him a lot for doing a film like that. So every time I would be in complaining mode, he would say: ‘Go, see Namastey London five times and come back and give the shot!’

Do you think all these hits have changed the public’s perception about you?

It’s difficult to understand that, honestly! But somehow I think it has. When I see families and kids these days, I feel in their eyes and smile that they now treat me as one of their own. Sometime back I think I was a little bit alien to them. They must have been like: ‘Hmmm, nice girl, but what’s she doing here?’

And what about within the industry? Your birthday party was Bollywood’s Oscar bash with all the Khans in attendance…

(Laughs) Yeah! I wouldn’t comment much on the party but I will say one thing that this birthday party of mine would be one of the most talked about events of Bollywood ever! Sometimes you have to look at things with a little bit of humour and not get too serious about it. But as far as the industry adulation goes, I am really enjoying it. As you said, people’s attitude towards you changes. And you think, hello, I have not changed. Before they would say about you, ‘no this will not work’ and today they are like ‘yes yes yes, wonderful, let’s do it’.

But will you continue doing such entertainers forever?

See, I would like to do more films with David (Dhawan) and Anees (Bazmee) no matter what people say — that their films won’t get you awards. That’s what people want to see me in. And they are my awards. They expect certain things from you. If you suddenly take off your pretty skirts and tops and wear a white sari, they may not like it. I understand the importance of that cinema and I know what you are saying and I wouldn’t wait for 10 years to do that cinema. In fact, I am offered more of those scripts than the usual commercial films. It’s shocking but I get twice the number of such scripts. But I think I should first have stability with the distributors, saleability. You have to feel secure because at the end of the day the best of actresses have a life span of 10 to 12 years. After that, what? I have a big family and I have to think of the future. And once you are secure, you can try the other kind of films.

You were slated to do Devi Chaudhurani with Rituparno Ghosh…

See, Rituparno is lovely and a very talented guy. But he has so many ideas and he changes his mind so many times that it becomes difficult for us. I am doing a film next year with Prakash Jha called Rajneeti. It’s a political drama, very award-winning kind of a film. Now people will say you are doing it to win awards but that is completely untrue because then I should have done this other kind of hardcore artistic films. When I heard the script of Rajneeti, I felt that this is an interesting and entertaining film. When I usually hear these art films, I am like ‘wonderful’ but I feel like falling asleep 10 minutes into the script! But Prakash Jha’s script is wow. It is not ha-ha entertaining but it is entertaining. So I went for a slightly riskier choice.

How do you deal with all that is written about you and Salman? How do you react first thing in the morning?

I open the paper and I look at the picture first and I am like, ‘Am I looking okay?’ I don’t even read the articles and if it’s a larger story, I am like that’s a large space they have given me today. How sweet! Look at the positive side of things. One of my friends called up and said: ‘Do you co-own or have a stake in these Mumbai tabloids? They give you two whole pages everyday!’ They just love me. There’s no point in reading them and crying about things. But my mom gets extremely irritated about all this. She calls me up all the time and goes: ‘Is this true?’ I am like ‘Mom! Why do you read it? You should know these by now…’ She is the worst layman you can get. She is like ‘Are you fighting again?’ Oh god!

What is the best and the worst thing about Katrina? Tell us.

Jurassic Park IV (2009) Movie Details, News and Gossip :
In one of his interview Spielberg told that someday somehow Jurassic Park IV will be released and he will produce the film. Now the time has come my friend, Jurassic Park 4 will release in next year, that’s for sure, but maximum information about the film in web are rumors, some are true. Here we are sharing those information which are either officially known or those who have been confirmed as totally right information about the film.

First of all we should say that still any official movie trailer haven’t released, all the teaser or theatrical trailers are available in the web are completely fake, some are fan made and others are created by taking some good scenes from previous Jurassic Park series. The official and real Jurassic Park IV trailer will be eye-catching and exciting, so wait for the original trailer and as soon as the original trailer will release that will be available in this site.

Remember Laura Dern, who played the role of Dr. Ellie Sattler in the first part of JP series, missed out in second part and again came back in a guest appearance in Jurassic Park 3; she will reprise his role as Dr. Ellie Sattler for the forth franchise of Jurassic Park film. Her role has been confirmed for Jurassic Park IV.

This time a new screenwriter William Monahan, who was not at all related for previous JP series, was hired to write JP 4 and so he has written the new film.

Steven Spielberg, who is mainly the creator of Jurassic Park, will perform the role as an executive producer for the forth series.

Frank Marshall, the famous producer, who has produced many legendary movies like Indiana Jones series, The Bourne series, Signs, The Sixth Sense etc., is one of the main producers of JP IV.

Richard Attenborough has been contacted for the role of John Hammond. He had performed the same role for the first two series, but was missed out in the third part.

But the biggest problem is that who is going to direct Jurassic Park IV, will it be Joe Johnston, the director of Jurassic Park III, or will it be Spielberg himself, the great director, or will it be someone else. For other main roles who will be appointed. Final report was that Joe Johnston definitely will not direct the JP4. So, all the answers of these questions are still in dark. The answers we will get very soon because the shooting has been started already and has a 2009 release. So, we can believe on that.

Oh, by the way some good movie posters are available in the web, so we have supplied them here, but we can’t take any responsibility of it’s originality, may be all of them are fake. So, trusting on those posters are totally your responsibility.

All the information discussed above are summarized below

Exclusive Interview of Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone :
Deepika Padukone, 22, and Ranbir Kapoor, 25, fell for each other on the sets of Bachna Ae Haseeno in Sydney. And since the time he wooed her with burgers, and she gave in over frappucino, they have unabashedly displayed their affection in public. Here they speak of the matchmaking, of their gifts to each other, and — would you believe it — of never having kissed.

Your first date...

Deepika : This goes back to when we were shooting for our respective debut films (Om Shanti Om and Saawariya) and we had just heard about each other. We had common makeup artists — Bharat and Dorris. Dorris told me that he (Ranbir) is a really sweet guy and we should meet up. Dorris had once called him when she was with me. She said: “Why don’t you guys talk?” That’s when we first spoke and exchanged numbers. A few days later, almost around the same time (July 2007) he asked me out for lunch. He came and picked me up and we went to Celini at Grand Hyatt (Mumbai) for lunch.

Ranbir : We just happened to spend the day together.

Deepika : (laughs) It was meant to be only lunch; but lunch became coffee; coffee became cheesecake; and cheesecake became movie.

Ranbir : Mr Bean’s Holiday is the movie we watched at PVR Cinemas in Juhu.

Deepika : That didn’t end there. It became a long drive and then he dropped me home. We started seeing each other on Feb. 23 (2008). It has been a year since we have known each other.

Who pursued whom?

Ranbir : Of course, I pursued her. I’m quite orthodox that way. I feel a man should always pursue a woman.

Deepika : Even if I was interested I wouldn’t have (made the first move).

Ranbir : But she was a hard nut to crack. She is someone who is not that transparent. She is quite poker faced that way and I didn’t know what she was thinking.

Deepika : The pursuing started from Sydney.

Ranbir : It so happened that we spent the entire month of January together while shooting for Bachna Ae Haseeno in Sydney. Once we got back we spent time together while working on the Pepsi commercial. Gradually, we started meeting a lot, hanging out, going for dinners and coffee.

Deepika : He did one thing (she giggles). Can I say it? He came all the way to Karjat to pick me up. I was shooting a song with Akshay Kumar for Chandni Chowk to China then, and he was free for a couple of days. He drove all the way to Karjat to pick me up and we spent the evening together.

Was it love at first sight?

Ranbir : We were attracted at the very first sight and then gradually we fell in love.

Deepika : We hit it off really well and we liked spending time with each other. And then love happened slowly. We were friends for six months before we started seeing each other.

Do past relationships bother you?

Ranbir : We do discuss it. I have a past and even she has a past. So it doesn’t really matter. I’m to a certain extent friends with my exes.

Deepika : Even I continue to be friends with some of mine.

Did you enjoy working together in Bachna Ae Haseeno?

Ranbir : Our first schedule together was in Australia and we used to shoot and hang out together. Eat at McDonald’s, and Starbucks. She used to always order two mocha frapuccinos every day at the shoot. So that was quite sweet.

Deepika : Yeah, that’s where you made me put on weight. He would order burger for himself and also get one for me.

Ranbir : It all started over a burger and coffee (he laughs).

Did your off-screen chemistry enhance your performance?

Ranbir : There’s a very fine line between the real and reel. I think what you do in real life is separate. I don’t think that just because you’re a couple in real life it enhances your performance on screen.

Deepika : For me personally, yes it helps. I’m far more comfortable working with him compared to my other co-stars.

How did your parents react to your relationship?

Ranbir : They (Rishi and Neetu Kapoor) are extremely normal. If I have a girlfriend and she has a boyfriend, they respect that. We are starting out a career, and we are not thinking about the future too much. It’s not that we haven’t discussed marriage but that’s at a later point in time. We are enjoying our time together and we are happy.

Deepika : They (Prakash and Ujwala Padukone) knew way before it appeared on newspapers and television. It is very important for our families to know what’s happening in our respective lives.

Tell us about the first gifts that you exchanged.

Deepika : He bought me a piano. I’m really fond of music. During one of our conversations, I had generally mentioned that I would love to learn playing the piano and the guitar. The next thing I know is that a brand new piano is sitting there in my new house.

Ranbir : She bought me a MacBook Air. She buys me clothes and she got me an ultra-cool pair of golden shoes (from Bangkok), which she feels looks cool on me. But I’m a little shy to wear them when she is not around.

Do you make Deepika sing for you?

Ranbir : I really have to coax her to sing. But whenever we are in the car she hums along with the track that’s playing in the music system. She has got a very melodious voice and she should pursue it.

When did you first kiss?

Ranbir : (straight-faced) Not kissed yet.

Deepika : (maintains a dignified silence before adding) We told you we never kissed.

Ranbir : I was meeting her after a month at the Bangkok airport. I just hugged her and gave her a peck. I didn’t realise there were cameras around. The news channels made a big deal out of it, and it was kind of hard. We are private people and it’s hard to see that moment repeatedly being flashed on screen. It was weird, wrong and unfair.

What games do you both play?

Deepika : I prefer badminton.

Ranbir : She kicked my ass in badminton once. I had ventured out to play with her and she being the great Prakash Padukone’s daughter… She beat me 11-0.

Deepika : Poor thing he didn’t have the stamina to pull through.

Ranbir : I was struggling and panting to play and she was doing her ballet and literally gliding in the air.

Deepika : No I haven’t ever challenged him at soccer. He doesn’t play very often, but he is really good at it.

What are the things that you hate about each other?

Ranbir : That she is an actress.

Deepika : He tries to please everyone and can’t say ‘no’.

And love?

Deepika : I like the fact that he is not a complicated person. I like his simplicity. He is also very patient.

Ranbir : There is no negativity in her. When I’m with her I am surrounded by goodness. It makes me good in some way.

Are Deepika-Ranbir made for each other? Tell us.

Chandni Chowk To China Film Details, Trailer and Poster :
After SRK in OSO and Ranbir Kapoor in Bachna Ae Haseeno, Deepika Padukone will be seen with Akshay Kumar in upcoming Chinese action-comedy Chandni Chowk To China, which will release on 24th October, 2008. It is heard that Chandni Chowk To China is semi-autobiographical film on Akshay Kumar’s life and Deepika Padukone has double role in the film. The film is directed by Nikhil Advani and will be presented by Warner Bros. Pictures. This is the first time Warner Brothers will produce an Indian film and most probably second time that any Hollywood production is producing a Bollywood movie, because Swaaraya was the first film produced by Sony Entertainments.

A little talk about Deepika Padukone is given below

Before being the famous actress, Deepika used to be a state-level badminton player, following in the footsteps of dad Prakash Padukone. But then she chose the ramp as her playground before moving on to conquer the big screen with OSO. If badminton is in her blood, cricket was briefly in her heart, thanks to her “friendship” with first Dhoni and then Yuvraj. And her cheerleader? Ranbir in a towel, of course.

Dead on its feet

What do you get when you juxtapose a faux-Britannia, mummy-excavating adventure romp with ancient Oriental history and martial arts? A not so cool Mummy movie.

The third film of the entertaining The Mummy series with Brendan Fraser as the archaeologist poster-boy Rick O’Connell, The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor traces a story back to ancient China where the evil Emperor Han (Jet Li) seeks world domination through supernatural forces, immortality being his cup of joy. The beautiful witch Zijuan (Michelle Yeoh) is called in to assist the Emperor in his quest, and while she can only guide him to ancient texts that hold the truth, there’s romance brewing between Zijuan and the Emperor’s trusty general, much to the former’s chagrin. Consequently, Emperor Han slays his general, but in turn, is cursed by Zijuan, so that his entire army and he turn into liquid beings of clay and — you guessed it — promptly turn into mummies. Or close enough — they are full-blown terracotta figurines, really. They are also the undead.

Considering that the backdrop is China, this reference to the Terracotta Army (the Terracotta Warriors and Horses were built by the First Emperor of China, Shi Huang Di, dating back to 210 BC and were only discovered in 1974) adds a nice touch to the script.

The next phase of the story opens in 1946; Rick O’Connell and his wife — or Rick O’Connell courtesy his wife — are now retired adventurers, while son Alex (Luke Ford) has taken on the mantle of the archaeologist-warrior-philanderer. He digs up Emperor Han’s tomb, brings up the mummy and in a few minutes, all hell breaks loose. The emperor now seeks eternal life with a dip at the mythical pool of Shangri La, basically ruining the cobbled streets of Shanghai with his stone chariot. Dad and mom get back into action; the boy in turn shows an active interest in a mercenary girl who had set out to kill him; Fraser and gang take a hike up the freezing end of the Himalayas and yetis — yes, those abominable snowmen that kidnapped Chan, if you’ve read your Tintins — turn out to be wonderfully just creatures. The only fireworks that you see are on the chariot chase through Shanghai. It’s not hugely interesting, either.

So what’s the verdict? Frankly, The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor might not cut it with audiences who’ve watched and enjoyed the first two films. For one, a malevolent emperor isn’t much of a fear factor to bind the plot together; vicious gods work better. The Egyptians had a few. And the CGI: it’s impressive, but not as impressive as a pharaoh trying to swallow a plane along rocky crevices bordering the Nile. In the entire movie, the only real money scenes are of the jewel-adorned eye of the Shangri La turning into tiny golden serpents to reveal the mythical diamond and an avalanche. On top of that, the kitsch humour is beginning to show signs of strain, the Empire jokes don’t work and the mummies aren’t really frightening.

Fraser looks way to young to be the father of an 18-year-old and Luke Ford doesn’t look 18 — he’s got a double chin, for heaven’s sake, and the cocky demeanour of a man about town. As for Mommy O’Connell, the less said the better. The entire deal about her is that Evelyn is more intelligent than Dad O’Connell — which Rachel Weisz fit into like a tee — and is a specialist in ancient tongues. Instead, in this episode, Mom turns out to be a paperback writer turning Dad’s adventures into trash novels. Who is this lady?

Bottomline? Don’t make a Mummy movie without Weisz. If she’s dead, bring her back; don’t replace her with an artificial Maria Bello. The only cool references to the past two blockbusters is John Hannah as Rick’s brother-in-law Jonathan, who runs a Shanghai jazz shindig named Imhotep, replete with Chinese waiters wearing fezs.

Review :

A copycat, but it crackles

Imagine it’s your girlfriend’s birthday. She calls up early in the morning and demands that you make her happy today. How? Wear a red petticoat, ride that broken cycle without a seat and steal a red rose from the busy nature park. Hold on, she is not done yet. Now bring that red rose, wearing that red petticoat, to a packed nightclub.

Chances are slim that you will have such a pagli girlfriend no matter how ugly you are. But chances are high you will roll on the floor laughing as you watch a poker-faced Ranvir Shorey go through this ordeal just to make a madcap Mallika Sherawat smile.

Debutant director Sachin Khot’s Ugly Aur Pagli wins your heart from Frame One when the title cards are interspersed with the most bizarre pairs — a dwarf with a fat lady, an old man with a pug, a man in Superman gear with his gaon ki wife...

Strange and so cute, but no jodi is stranger and cuter than Kabir (Ranvir) and Kuhu (Mallika). He is a dish antenna waiting for signals from available ladies. She? Well, she is something. On their first date, Kabir thinks Kuhu is a cross between Keshto Mukherjee and Medha Patkar. A few of the 99 slaps later, he doesn’t know what to think of her.

A few things about Kuhu, however, do not change. She downs quite a few patiala pegs every evening and goes talli. Then it’s Kabir’s duty to carry her on his shoulder in trademark Bikram-Betaal style, taking a chakkar of Mumbai before booking a room in Hotel Goodwin. Only for her to wake up next morning and deliver a few more thappads!

But why would any man put up with this, no matter how ugly he is? Because he is in love with the pagli, buddhu! And while initially he contemplates getting rid of her as the slaps come thick and fast, he feels responsible for her, even if it means having to walk in crowded Nariman Point in high heels.

Now comes the sad twist in the tale. Not the boring one in the movie, of a dead boyfriend and Kuhu’s inability to overcome the grief. But the fact that Ugly Aur Pagli is a scene-by-scene copy of the 2001 Korean rom com My Sassy Girl, which had become quite a rage, having been based on the real-life experiences of a man who posted the mad antics of his bizarre girlfriend on the Internet.

There is a scene in Ugly Aur Pagli where Kuhu, the wannabe scriptwriter, sends Kabir with her futuristic script to the biggest production house in the city (Yash Ram Films) and the producer, resembling the film’s real producer Pritish Nandy, asks for a DVD as a reference to the original script. Well, Khot must have had My Sassy Girl with him when he went to meet Nandy.

And with PNC’s last outing Pyaar Ke Side/Effects about a subdued man and his hyperactive girlfriend working like magic at the box-office, Khot’s offer was one he couldn’t refuse. So, if Ranvir’s voiceover narration at the start gives you a sense of deja vu, it must have been intended to do just that.

It is thanks to Ranvir and Mallika that Ugly Aur Pagli’s crazy Korean premise, replete with farts and vomits, doesn’t put you off. Ranvir is hilarious as the man having a nightmarish courtship who secretly discovers the beauty in all the bizarreness. Mallika again plays herself, and like Salman Khan, her natural idiosyncrasies are turning out to be quite endearing.

Zeenat Aman makes a teenie-weenie guest appearance but it is Sushmita Mukherjee’s five lines that will have you asking for more. She should make more films.

Anu Malik may keep adding more ‘a’s and ‘’s to his name but there is nothing fresh about his music and Ugly Aur Pagli definitely deserved better songs.

But Ugly Aur Pagli is never about the songs anyway. Just enjoy the crackling chemistry between Ranvir and Mallika, including a no-holds-barred climactic kiss, and soak in the smart lines. “Yeh Mumbai hai, yahaan pe doodhwaala se Bhansali sab ke paas script hoti hai.” “Oh, toh Saawariya ka script kisne likha tha — Bhansali ya doodhwaala?”

Terminal Island: The very near future.

The world's hunger for extreme sports and reality competitions has grown into reality TV bloodlust. Now, the most extreme racing competition has emerged and its contestants are murderous prisoners. Tricked-out cars, caged thugs and smoking-hot navigators combine to create a juggernaut series with bigger ratings than the Super Bowl.

The rules of the Death Race are simple: Win five events, and you're set free. Lose and you're road kill splashed across the Internet.

International action star Jason Statham leads the action-thriller's cast as three-time speedway champion Jensen Ames, an ex-con framed for a gruesome murder. Forced to don the mask of the mythical driver Frankenstein, a Death Race crowd favorite who seems impossible to kill, Ames is given an easy choice by Terminal Island's ruthless Warden Hennessey (Joan Allen): Suit up and drive or never see his little girl again.

His face hidden by a hideous mask, one convict will enter an insane three-day challenge in order to gain freedom. But to claim the prize, Ames must survive a gauntlet of the most vicious criminals—including nemesis Machine Gun Joe (Tyrese Gibson)—in the country's toughest prison. Trained by his coach (Ian McShane) to drive a monster Mustang V8 Fastback outfitted with 2 mounted mini-guns, flamethrowers and napalm, an innocent man will destroy everything in his path to win the most twisted spectator sport on Earth.

Theatrical trailer, Movie Wallpapers & Posters and Pritam's Interview :
Here a theatrical trailer, some really high quality wallpapers and posters of forthcoming film Singh is Kinng is supplied. Akshay ‘king’ Kumar is a Singh in this Vipul Shah-produced Anees Bazmee film, which will release on 08 August, 2008.

An exclusive interview of celebrity music director Pritam Chakraborty, who has given the music of Singh is Kinng, is given below.

It took a song by Snoop Dogg to pull up the valuation of Bollywood music. Or was it our very own Pritam Singh, err Pritam Chakraborty? Whatever the cause, Hindi film music has got a much needed fillip, in this age of free downloads and piracy. The music rights of the forthcoming Akshay Kumar-Katrina Kaif-starrer Singh is Kinng, produced by Vipul Shah, directed by Anees Bazmee with music composed by Pritam, has been sold for a record-breaking Rs 13.5 crore.

Now, that figure is not only the highest ever amount paid for a Bollywood soundtrack, it’s two thumbs up to Hindi film music suffering from slipping sales of CDs. Just to put the Rs 13.5 crore figure in perspective, the music rights for Pritam’s hit score of Jab We Met last year was sold for Rs 2.5 crore. Even Vishal-Shekhar’s much-hyped score for Shah Rukh Khan’s Om Shanti Om went for just Rs 7 crore.

“It’s an unbelievable figure, a landmark deal,” says Pritam. “I am happy that the album bringing this change has my name but honestly, I think it’s not possible to recover Rs 13.5 crore from a soundtrack today. Maybe in the long run.”

Interestingly, it was not just one music company that was ready to shell out such a huge figure for the music of Singh is Kinng, which features a song by star rapper Snoop Dogg. Sony BMG, T-Series and Times Music fought over the rights before Times Music clinched the deal. Says Adarsh Gupta of Times Music: “Based on our experience and understanding of the current market dynamics, we believe we are in a position to monetise the music of Singh is Kinng, not only in a true conventional way but also by creating newer avenues.”

What are these newer avenues? Besides music CDs, the digital platform — iTunes (Apple’s website for music downloads) and other sites offering selective song downloads — has, in the recent past, been a regular source of revenue. Now add to that radio airtime, performances at star concerts and use for cellphone ring tones or caller tunes. Also, every time an Ishmeet or Debojit sings a new song on a reality show, the music company owning the rights can charge the TV channel.

“I have always maintained that the buyer is more sensible than the seller and so when someone is paying Rs 13.5 crore for a soundtrack, and that too for a limited period (seven years), they know what they are doing,” says Vipul Shah, producer of Singh is Kinng. “And as producers, we never quite know what is the actual size of business of the music and home video industries. So the person buying knows best.”

So, why did Singh is Kinng inspire such confidence in music companies? “There are five tracks besides the Snoop Dogg number,” reveals Pritam. “All the five songs are Punjabi and I can assure you people would know me as Pritam Singh after the album comes out! Most of the songs are itemish in nature, one being romantic and one slightly sad. They have been sung by Mika, Daler Mehndi and Neeraj Shridhar (Bombay Vikings).”

Producer Shah, however, feels that more than Pritam and his recent chartbusting track record — Race, Life in a... Metro, Bhool Bhulaiyya, Jab We Met — it is Akshay Kumar, the musical star, that has pushed the price up. “It was always coming and it has everything to do with the kind of success Akshay is enjoying today. He wasn’t getting his commercial due and finally it has started rolling in. Yes, it is also a recognition of hit combinations. The combination of Akshay and me (Aankhen, Waqt, Namastey London), the combination of Akshay and Katrina (Humko Deewana Kar Gaye, Namastey London, Welcome), the combination of Akshay and Pritam (Bhool Bhulaiyaa).”

It was, in fact, the power of pairs that had sent the price of the music rights of Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham soaring in 2002. The Rs 12 crore Sony BMG paid to Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions for the Jatin-Lalit-Sandesh Shandilya soundtrack was the highest ever paid before Singh is Kinng, and no other film’s music has gone anywhere close to it since then. And the K3G valuation was more because of the Shah Rukh-Kajol pairing than anything else and, to some extent, the coming together of SRK, Amitabh Bachchan and Hrithik Roshan. It was, of course, also KJo’s follow-up to the superhit musical Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, but it was the stars that clearly raked in the music moolah.

But the creator is still not benefitting from this spurt in revenue. “I am not getting anything extra for the album being sold for Rs 13.5 crore... In fact, I have spent way too much recording the album and am running at a loss,” laughs Pritam.

“That is exactly why the music industry is not going to benefit despite such a record price — the music director never gets his due,” says Vishal Dadlani of Vishal-Shekhar. Pritam adds on an optimistic note: “Maybe if the album succeeds, I will get many more good projects.”

And those would hopefully be projects that would collect more crores in a pirate-happy music party.

Will you still buy original music CDs? Tell us.

Movie News and Photos of Shahrukh Khan & Anushka Sharma :
After Deepika Padukone in Om Shanti Om, now, Anushka Sharma is the new Shah Rukh Khan heroine. Aditya Chopra is launching the 19-year-old Bangalore girl for his comeback film Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi. “We were looking first and foremost for someone who could truly embody the spirit of small town Punjab and we know we have found her in Anushka,” said Yash Chopra. “And while she has no previous acting experience, we have seen that unique spark in her that makes us confident that she will be a standout even opposite Shah Rukh.”

Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi is the third film directed by Aditya Chopra after eight years. His earlier direction was Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge (1995) and Mohabbatein (2000) in which Shahrukh Khan was in lead role, and all knows that both were super duper hit films.
